EASTER RECIPES
Treat your guests to delicious delicacies

What are we cooking this year?
Whether it’s a traditional or modern feast: Easter provides a great opportunity to cook together. Make the most of the bank holidays to create special culinary delights – and treat your guests, relatives and not least yourself to classic or modern dishes.
Traditional Easter dishes
There’s nothing to stop you from adding a fresh twist to popular classics such as Easter lamb, rabbit or fish. And eggs can also be prepared in a variety of ways, from boiled and fried to being an ingredient in an omelette or Easter plait.
Modern dishes for Easter
One trend is to refrain from eating meat, and that not only at Easter. Choose instead seasonal vegetables, which you could combine with a classic leavened dough to serve your guests as a savoury wreath with basil and tomato pesto. Or a hearty pepper soup that you can garnish with fresh cress to spice up its look and taste. A tomato quiche is also a good choice and easy to make.
Easter desserts
For most people, chocolate eggs and bunnies go hand in hand with Easter. As does the aroma of freshly baked cakes, such as our almond Bundt cake. Somewhat more challenging, but very delicious, is our recipe for mascarpone cream cake, whereas pancakes or waffles with fresh fruit are always a good choice for Easter brunch and will be appreciated by gourmets of all ages. We have put together a collection of delicious recipes that are bound to inspire you. Have fun with the recipes!
