Ingredients
• 300 g of rice (cooked)
• 7g of chilli
• 1 clove of garlic
• 2 spring onions
• 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
• 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce
• 2 rashers of bacon
• 1 egg
• Salt
• Chilli for garnishing
• Soy sauce for serving

1. Finely chop the chilli and garlic. Cut the spring onions into thin circles. Place the green part of the spring onions to one side for serving. Cut the bacon into strips and fry at a medium heat until crispy.
2. Add the sesame oil, white spring onion rings, chopped garlic and chilli to the bacon and fry for around 1 minute.
3. Add the rice and fry for around 2 minutes. Then add the soy sauce and mix thoroughly. As soon as the rice starts to go brown and crispy, add the egg to the frying pan and mix thoroughly with the other ingredients. Season with salt.
4. Place in a bowl and serve garnished with the green spring onion rings placed aside previously and the chilli and soy sauce if you wish. Enjoy!
